The pump track installed in Pisz is a 40-meter closed modular course designed for riding bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, and scooters. Its geometry is based on a rhythmic sequence of contoured bumps and (turns). The well-thought-out layout allows users to maintain speed solely through proper body movement (pumping), without the need to pedal or push off. Thanks to its intuitive riding line, the facility is ideal both for beginners taking their first steps and for training more advanced users.

Innovative composite-steel technology: What sets the Pisz project apart is its substructure. Although we have already successfully supplied tracks on steel structures to other European countries, this is the first facility of its kind in Poland.

The track was constructed using modern composite-steel technology. It combines:

  • Galvanized steel structure: It ensures extreme rigidity, structural stability, and very high resistance to heavy use.

  • Composite running surface: A durable coating with special anti-slip properties guarantees safety in all weather conditions.

The use of a steel frame drastically reduces the need for maintenance. Additionally, the system of adjustable feet allowed for precise leveling and safe installation of the structure on more challenging, uneven ground.

Project details:

  • Location: Pisz, Poland (complex with a skatepark)

  • Model: DESERT TF001

  • Track length: 40 meters

  • Intended use: Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller skates

  • Technology: Modular – composite-steel (galvanized steel structure)
